To get a Quote please use our contact page and fill out a detailed description of the services that you require. We will reply by email within 30 minutes. Alternatively you can call us on 087 6720151 or request a call back via the Request a Call Back form on the home page.
If you're happy with the Quotation that we provide and wish to proceed, we will organize the move and accept payment to the driver on the day.
If you have large items that may be heavy, or something that would need 2 men to lift e.g. a sofa, please let us know and we will send 2 men or more.
We will aim to provide our services when you need us however weekends can be busier than weekdays. If you need a specific day please give as much notice as possible. Our Drivers days are scheduled and there may not always be last minute slots available.
Yes. But you need to contact us at least 48 hours before to change date or time. If adequate notice is not given a surcharge may apply.
Yes. Our drivers operate 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm. We do not charge extra for weekends like our competitors. Same rates all week.
We do not arrange parking permits. If your area requires a parking permit or ticket you MUST supply this for our driver while they are loading or unloading the van at your location as you will be obligated to pay a penalty fine if one applies.
Yes. Our drivers have full Goods In Transit Insurance. Claims must be reported at time of occurrence – no claim will be accepted after the man with a van team has left the site. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure extra insurance is arranged if required.
Yes. We can provide basic dismantle and assemble service for you. All our vans are equipped with basic tools. However please specify at time of order if you require this.
